Fine Arts:

When the students reach the third level of fine arts, they will be tested in a more independent style of learning.  The students will be given real assignments in the same form they will given in there career choice. Art & Design most likely consistent of information in the form of a creative brief. (See Below)

Project:
Create a piece of art that promotes an awareness of change that needs to happen in around the world.

Background / Overview:
A  refugee is a person who has crossed a national border to another  country to escape conflict or persecution due to their race, religion,  nationality, or membership of a particular social group and “is unable  or unwilling to return to their country of origin owing to a  well-founded fear” of further persecution or harm. Legal status/rights:  Signatories to the Geneva Conventions are obligated to take in refugees  who arrive at their borders. They should not be expelled or sent back to  their country of origin.

What is the objective, the purpose of the art piece?

There are  now 82 million forcibly displaced people around the world—more than at  any time in modern history. These are people who have fled extreme  dangers, whether to escape relentless bombing, an invading army, gang  violence, or other life-threatening circumstances.
